Volunteers are the backbone of Ravenswood Community Services. Since we serve the communities of Uptown and Ravenswood, our volunteer base pulls from these neighborhoods and beyond.
We welcome groups and individuals to join us.
Volunteer opportunities are primarily on Tuesday afternoons and evenings and early Thursday mornings.
Here we break bread, prepare a meal, pack a bag of groceries, gather in fellowship, clean up, then move out into the night, onto the streets, where the memories of our time together sustain us until the next time.
